Art Café Policies

At The Artful Hideaway, we strive to create a fun, welcoming, and inspiring environment where creativity comes to the table. To help ensure a great experience for all guests, please review the following policies.

Reservations

Reservations are encouraged and help guarantee your spot. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Most art experiences are designed for approximately two hours, though you're welcome to work at a comfortable pace during your reserved session.

What's Included

Project pricing includes materials, use of tools and equipment, and access to guidance from our team. Specialty projects may have additional fees and will be clearly noted.

Food & Beverages

Complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water, and light snacks are available for guests. Select events may be BYOB. We ask that food and beverages be enjoyed carefully around art materials and equipment.

Creative Experience

No artistic experience is necessary. Our art café is designed for guests to explore creativity independently while having assistance available when needed. Some projects, including fused glass creations, require kiln firing or drying time and will be available for pickup at a later date.

Children & Groups

We welcome artists of all ages. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult unless participating in a designated drop-off event. Private parties, special events, and group reservations are available.

Cancellations Reservations canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or credited toward a future visit. No-shows and late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

Safety & Participation

Guests are expected to follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions. While we work hard to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, participation in art activities involves the use of tools, materials, and equipment. By participating, guests acknowledge that they do so at their own discretion and assume responsibility for their personal safety and belongings.

Respect for Our Space

Please be respectful of fellow guests, staff, tools, and materials. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior disrupts the experience of others.
